Evidence & grader’s note

Proposed: partly kept (editor review pending). Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (Digital Omnibus on AI), signed 8 Jul 2026 and in force from 27 Jul 2026, left the general application date of 2 Aug 2026 unchanged but moved the high-risk obligations in Chapter III, Sections 1-3 to 2 Dec 2027 for Annex III systems and to 2 Aug 2028 for Annex I systems (originally 2 Aug 2027).
