Context: Joint Oracle and Google press release "Oracle Brings Google TPUs to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure" (Oracle AI World, Las Vegas, 27 Oct 2026), which says OCI will be the first hyperscale cloud outside Google to offer Google TPUs. In an Oracle blog post the same day, OCI senior vice president Karan Batta wrote: "We plan to become the first hyperscaler outside Google to offer them, starting in 2027 and ramping to gigawatt scale over multiple years." He told DatacenterDynamics it would be a "multi-year, multi-gigawatt partnership with Google". How we judge it

Our interpretation: kept if by 31 Dec 2027 Google TPUs are available to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure customers (general availability, or limited availability to paying customers beyond a closed test), as shown by an Oracle or Google announcement, OCI documentation or credible reporting. Broken if TPUs are not available to OCI customers by 31 Dec 2027. The multi-year gigawatt-scale ramp is not part of this claim.
