Context: NVIDIA press release "NVIDIA Introduces DSX POD AI Factories to Accelerate Europe's Infrastructure Deployment" (GTC Berlin, 21 Oct 2026). DSX POD is a reference design for complete Vera Rubin AI factories built by partners inside modular containers, integrated and validated before delivery, which NVIDIA says cuts deployment at a prepared site "from six months to as little as 14 days". Under "Global Partner Ecosystem and Availability" the release says NVIDIA is working with Anduril, Armada, Bull, Crusoe, DayOne, Dell Technologies, Delta, Eaton, Foxconn (Ingrasys), GIGABYTE, HPE, Lenovo, Pegatron, QCT, Schneider Electric, Vertiv and Wistron "to deliver DSX POD AI factories worldwide in early 2027." How we judge it

Our interpretation: kept if by 30 Apr 2027 ("early 2027", house convention as for google-gemini-ultra-early-2024) at least one DSX POD unit (a factory-built, containerized Vera Rubin AI factory built to NVIDIA's DSX POD reference design) has been delivered to a customer site by NVIDIA or one of its named partners, as shown by an NVIDIA or partner announcement, a customer statement or credible reporting; broken if no delivery is documented by then. Orders, demos, show-floor units or "available to order" announcements do not count.
