Evidence & grader’s note

Salesforce never reported reaching one billion Agentforce agents. Its FY26 Q4 results (25 Feb 2026), the first report after the deadline, give 29,000 Agentforce deals and 2.4 billion "agentic work units" (tasks), not an agent count.
