How we judge it
Our interpretation: kept if by 30 Apr 2027 ("early 2027", house convention as for nvidia-dsx-pod-deliveries-early-2027) OpenAI publicly publishes its first Community Safety Report (under that or a clearly equivalent name) covering community safety / violence prevention and the effectiveness of its safeguards for the second half of 2026, as shown on OpenAI's website or by credible reporting. Broken if no such report is published by 30 Apr 2027. The later six-monthly updates are not graded.
